  • This VBAC course focuses specifically on birth after a caesarean — your choices, rights, and planning.
    The full Birth Prep & Hypnobirthing Course goes deeper into the physiology of birth, hypnobirthing tools, comfort measures, and mindset work.
    They complement each other beautifully — many parents complete this mini-course first and then move on to the full course for full preparation.

  • The course is self-paced and designed to fit easily into everyday life.
    You can work through all 10 lessons in just a few hours, or take your time and come back to it as your pregnancy progresses.
    You’ll have access for at least 12 months, so you can revisit it whenever you need a boost of confidence or clarity.

  • Absolutely. Homebirth after caesarean (HBAC) is covered throughout the course, with information about your legal rights, how to work with your local NHS trust, and what to include in your birth plan to help your care team support your choices respectfully.
