What is Birth Prep In A Box?
Birth Prep In A Box is a visual antenatal education toolkit and birth preparation programme created by Sarah Drawwater of The Nostalgic Doula.
It combines evidence-based birth education, hypnobirthing tools, and practical planning resources to help families prepare for birth in a calm, informed and personalised way.
Birth Prep In A Box is used in two main ways:
• Parents and birth partners use the courses and resources to prepare for labour, birth and the early postnatal period.
• Birth workers such as doulas, midwives and hypnobirthing teachers train as facilitators so they can use the Birth Prep In A Box toolkit with their own clients.
