I am a graduate of the Developing Doulas course (2019) and a proud member of Doula UK and Cambs Doulas. As the creator of Birth Prep In A Box, a unique antenatal toolkit used by birth workers across the UK, I incorporate its practical and evidence-based techniques into my work to help families prepare for birth with confidence and clarity.
Based in the Fenland town of Ramsey, I offer at least 3 visits as part of my birth doula packages, ensuring we have the time to explore your needs, preferences, and questions in depth. Being centrally located in Cambridgeshire allows me to support families across the county and beyond, including Norfolk, Lincolnshire, and Bedfordshire.
What can a Doula do for me?
Pregnancy and birth can be an intense time, filled with a steep learning curve as you discover so much about your baby, yourself, and your partner. I love being your sounding board—someone you can lean on for a yell, a cuddle, or simply to process your thoughts. Think of me as your guide to navigating the overwhelming world of parenting knowledge, helping you filter the information and find what truly matters to you.
I won’t bound in to “fix” things for you; my role is to support you as you plan for your birth, your way. I’m here to help your partner discover their unique role in the birth experience and to support them as they support you.

What do I offer my clients?
If you choose me as your birth doula, I will visit you in your home in a number of relaxed, unhurried sessions, with unlimited WhatsApp and video call support in between. There’s no fixed agenda. Our time together can include antenatal education, Hypnobirthing, birth preferences and planning, biomechanics and positioning, the role of the birth partner, preparing to feed your baby, babywearing, baby sleep, and anything else that feels important to you. Most importantly, these visits give me the chance to really get to know you and your partner, understand what matters to you, and shape my support around you as you prepare for birth and for labour itself.
Birth Support
If you choose to book a package with direct birth support I will go on call and be available from when you reach 38 weeks of pregnancy, this means that I will not travel far, I will always have my phone on me and I will always have fuel in my car. From when you call I will stay with you and your partner for as long as you need me, taking your lead with the times when you need me close to hand or more in the background - never replacing the role of your partner, but instead being there to support them whilst they support you.

My Elective Caesarean Support package is designed to walk alongside you through this path, offering practical, emotional, and informational support tailored to your needs.
What’s included:
3x antenatal visits to help you prepare for your caesarean birth.
Full Birth Prep course, adapted to focus on preparing for a gentle caesarean experience.
Whatsapp, video call, and phone support throughout pregnancy.
Support on the day: meeting you at the hospital (as allowed by hospital policies) to provide calm, reassuring presence before you go into theatre.
Feeding support in the recovery room (if hospital policy allows)
One postnatal visit once you're home, to debrief, reflect, and support your recovery and adjustment.

Choosing the right doula, or even knowing if you want one can feel like a big step. Each Monday afternoon, I’m at Connected Parents CIC New Parent Group in Ramsey (a community project I co-founded), offering free, informal support. It’s a lovely chance to talk through your options, ask any questions, and see if working together feels like the right fit, without any pressure or commitment.

Low Cost Doula Support - £950
I feel that it is important to acknowledge that some families are looking for a little more than an antenatal/Hypnobirthing teacher and a little less than a full birth doula (and perhaps some are looking for a birth doula but have a smaller budget in mind) - that’s where this package comes in.
This 'doula without the cherry' package to my offerings - I believe that my antenatal support/offerings are the core of what I have to offer, they are what brings the most value to you as a family preparing for birth - they are the flour, the butter, the eggs and the sugar in your cake. With measured care, attention and nurturing these ingredients will make a mighty fine cake, no cherry.
For some, when done properly antenatal doula-ing will leave both you AND your birth partner with all the tools you need to have a splendid birth.
This is why I believe that having me there at your birth is there cherry on the cake. A lot of people want or need the cherry, and that is just perfect.
But for some, a delicious cake will do just nicely.

I believe in offering women and birthing people, their partners, and families steady informational, emotional, and practical support throughout pregnancy and into early parenthood.
This package is about travelling alongside you. We’ll spend time together during pregnancy, getting to know each other, exploring what matters to you, and gently preparing for birth in a way that feels right for your family. I’ll support you with clear, balanced information, signpost you to local services where helpful, and be a calm, familiar presence as decisions are made and plans take shape.
Antenatal preparation and Hypnobirthing are included as standard, using my Birth Prep In A Box course. Together, we’ll explore the physiology of birth, your rights and choices, and the powerful connection between mind and body, giving you both confidence and understanding as you approach labour.
As your due date approaches, I’ll be on call to support you through birth itself, offering continuous emotional and practical support. After your baby arrives, I remain alongside you in the postnatal weeks, with space to check in, reflect, and feel supported as you settle into parenthood.
Birth pool and Birth Sling hire are included for all clients, should you wish to use them.

Stepping things up a bit. This birth package is enhanced to the max.
This is my most comprehensive level of support. It’s for those who want to feel completely held through pregnancy, birth, and the early postnatal period, with space, time, and continuity at the centre.
This package allows us to work together without limits, literally unlimited visits. We meet as often as feels helpful, in your home or alongside you at antenatal appointments, building a deep, trusting relationship over time. Preparation happens gently and thoroughly, using Birth Prep In A Box and Hypnobirthing in your own home, alongside ongoing conversations, message support, and time to reflect as questions and feelings arise.
My role here is to truly travel with you. To support you emotionally and practically, to help you navigate information and choices, to signpost local services where useful, and to be a steady, familiar presence as pregnancy unfolds. You don’t need to ration support or decide in advance what you’ll need. We respond to things as they arise, together.
As you approach birth, I’ll be fully available, on call and ready to join you when labour begins, offering calm, continuous support through birth itself. Birth pool and Birth Sling hire are included should you wish to use them.
This package also includes birth photography if desired. These images are not about performance or perfection, but about capturing your story with care and respect. They offer a powerful way to reflect on your birth experience when you’re ready. I do not use flash during birth photography, allowing the space to remain undisturbed.
After your baby arrives, support continues. With two postnatal visits and ongoing contact in the weeks that follow, there is time to talk, to debrief, to ask questions, and to feel supported as you settle into life with your baby. Whether you need practical reassurance or simply a listening ear over a cup of tea, I’ll be there for you and your partner.
This package is about being deeply supported, thoroughly prepared, and gently held the whole way through.
