We're a small, independent UK business, and every order is packed with care.

Dispatch and Delivery

Orders for in-stock items are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment.

Delivery is available throughout the UK. Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you confirmation and tracking information where available.

Delivery times depend on the postal or courier service used. Please allow additional time during busy postal periods.

If your order is delayed or hasn't arrived, please contact us so we can investigate.

Pre-orders

Products available for pre-order will be clearly identified, with an estimated dispatch date shown before purchase.

Ordering for your birth?

We recommend ordering in plenty of time before your estimated due date so you have an opportunity to familiarise yourself with your sling and the manufacturer's safety instructions.

Delivery problems

If your order hasn't arrived, arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
